Vacation park Ferienpark De Zandloper is located in Julianadorp an Zee directly behind the dunes. Thus, only a few minutes walk from our vacation home in Julianadorp you will find miles of sandy beaches. You can even look out over the dune landscape from the garden around the holiday home.
Approx. 8 km north is the harbour town of Den Helder with the pier to the beautiful island of Texel. The location offers convenient shopping, bicycle and handcart rental, playgrounds and a climbing garden nearby. The wide dune landscapes are great for exploring the surroundings by bike.

In 1961, my grandfather bought this wonderful holiday home. For three generations it has been a beloved retreat for us to spend time with family and friends. In the course of the last few years, we have turned the property, which was originally intended as a summer house, into a place of well-being for all seasons. Thanks to central heating and new windows, even stormy autumn days can now be spent on the sofa with a cup of tea.
The large garden around the house and the walking distance to the beach are ideal for families. The small kitchenette was modernised this year so that even large groups can be catered for thanks to the dishwasher, induction hob and oven.
Whether as a couple, with several couples or as a family – thanks to the 3 bedrooms for a total of 7 people, everyone will find a place to sleep in the house!

We are Ina & Felix
Ina is already part of the third generation of the Wiertz family (now Kirchberg), for whom the holiday home in Julianadorp has become a second home. In 2019/2020, Ina took over the holiday home from her mother and, together with Felix, gave it a general overhaul.
After a renovation phase of about half a year, the whole family is proud and happy that the holiday home shines in new splendour.
